EPR compliance

Extended Producer Responsibility is the rule that says if you sell something packaged, electrical, battery-powered or made of textile into the EU, you’re on the hook for its end-of-life disposal. Every country runs its own scheme, every scheme has its own registration number, its own annual reports and its own fines for missing them.

Hubbley’s EPR module is a single dashboard for every registration you hold: one row per (country, waste stream) pair, with the registration number, the next reporting deadline, and a place to upload the correspondence the authority sends you. We surface deadlines well before they bite.

We don’t (yet) file your EPR reports for you the way we do for VAT — but we make sure you know they’re coming, and we keep every document in one searchable place. This module is free; we figured if you’re already paying us for VAT, you shouldn’t pay a second monthly fee to be reminded about EPR.
